About the Canada-Ontario Job Grant (COJG)

What is COJG?

The Canada-Ontario Job Grant provides funding to help employers invest in training for their employees. The government covers up to 2/3 of training costs (max $10,000 per person).

How It Works

  1. You select FWC26 training program(s) for your employees
  2. We help you complete the COJG application
  3. Once approved, you pay FWC26 for training delivery
  4. Government reimburses you up to $10,000 per employee
  5. Your team gains valuable skills at minimal net cost

Eligibility Requirements

  • • Business registered in Ontario
  • • Employees to be trained work in Ontario
  • • Employer contributes to training costs
  • • Training provided by eligible third-party (FWC26 is pre-approved)
